As a Business Development Manager, your role is to identify and develop new strategic customers from global industrial companies to local manufacturers and product development companies. Your task is to understand the customer’s need and offer relevant services from our portfolio including product design support, manufacturing of electrical assembly of products, modules and cable harnesses and logistic solutions.
You are an enthusiastic sales person with business awareness who enjoy all parts of the sales process. You are a team player and able to talk to people at all levels. You work proactively and you drive independently towards our common goals.
We believe this is part of your background:
- Strong customer focus
- Good knowledge about sales processes and production environment
- 10 years of experience in relevant areas
- Fluent in both English and either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
We see it as positive if you have experience from product development, supply chain or manufacturing. You will report to VP Sales & Business Development and can be based either at our office in Malmö or at your own home office.
